“Lord Vishnu had different avatars. Lord Rama was an avatar, and Lord Parshurama was an avatar before Lord Rama. Playing both roles was a fantastic opportunity. I spent a year preparing for Ramayana to understand who these characters are, their beliefs, and their motives,” Ranbir shared.

He added that understanding the spirituality and emotions of these avatars was key to his performance.
