Mumbai, India – Kangana Ranaut’s film Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata is set to make its OTT debut on ZEE5 on August 14, the makers announced on Friday. The film, written and directed by Manoj Tapadia, is a tribute to the unsung heroes of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, recounting the bravery of nurses, ward boys, cleaners, and security personnel at Mumbai’s Cama and Albless Hospital who became the first line of defense for their patients during the crisis. The film also stars Girija Oak and Smita Tambe in pivotal roles.
Speaking about the film’s release, Kangana, who also serves as a producer, said in a statement, “As both an actor and producer, it was incredibly important for me to bring to life the untold stories of the healthcare workers who stood fearlessly between terror and humanity during the 26/11 attacks.

Releasing this film around Independence Day makes its message even more meaningful, as it reminds us that the spirit of India is defined not only by those who defend the nation on the frontlines, but also by ordinary citizens who rise to extraordinary challenges in moments of crisis.” The film, which was released in theatres on June 12 earlier this year, is produced by EN Studios, Manikarnika Films, and Paramhans Creations in association with Eunoia Films LLP and Floating Rocks Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
